By registering for a program, submitting payment, or accessing this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Role of First Class Tours

First Class Tours acts solely as an intermediary between participants and independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, attractions, and activity providers.

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. First Class Tours is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or defaults of any third-party provider.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of reservation and applicable cancellation penalties.

By submitting payment, the participant or parent/guardian authorizes First Class Tours to charge the selected payment method for agreed-upon amounts.

Processing fees associated with credit card payments are non-refundable.

Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Pricing & Program Changes

Program pricing is based on:

  • Vendor contracts

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are governed by the published Cancellation & Refund Policy for the applicable program.

The Cancellation Safeguard Protection (CSP), if purchased, is non-refundable and is not insurance.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after written cancellation and eligibility verification.
